Geometry generated in Touch Designer and plotted using an Axidraw plotter with purple and pink micron pens 11x17 plot on high quality watercolor paper. Each plot uses fresh micron pens as there is a LOT of pen on this particular print. See the product photos for additional process photos
Technical: All SOPs and exported via Matthew Ragans SOP to SVG component in Touch Designer. There are two spherical polygons with separate noise SOPs deforming the surface geometry of each. Each sphere is then grouped prior to performing a boolean subtract. The remaining geometry of the inner sphere is then faceted and subdivided. Each geometry group is then plotted in a different color pen on the Axidraw.
